Easy Step-by-Step Guide: How to Install Pinterest on Android

i have 2 phones: a samsung and an android. ive had my samsung for around 2 years and pinterest was installed on it for the same amount of time. i got this android months ago, and its not allowing me to download pinterest on this phone. it says "download on another device", and the only device listed is my old samsung. ive deleted it off of my samsung and still results the same. what do i do?
