Scottie doesn't know.
ОтветитьThe tonal difference is very slight
The more expensive one sounds brighter.
A pickup swap would change that and wouldnt cost anywhere near six grand
The Gibson sounds production quality but I’m not a rockstar in a studio so I’ll take the epiphone back anyday I miss mine so much
ОтветитьA bit less clarity with the Epiphone but the difference is fairly minimal with those settings and that much gain.
ОтветитьDon't ask scotty which sounds better... he doesn't know
ОтветитьThat riff just took me back too much simpler times. Thanks
Ответитьyou only hear the difference cause you own or stupidly bought stupidly expensive guitars
Ответитьsame recording off a fender
ОтветитьEpiphone is never gonna sound like a Les Paul stock unless you change bridge, tail piece and ALL the electronics
ОтветитьDefined midrange on the black one, result is less muffled sound. Both are probably good enough in specific circumstances.
ОтветитьDepending on how many beers the audience has had ,I doubt they would know 😂
ОтветитьI can’t stand the feel of many cheap guitars. Mainly due to the fact I don’t like poly. Gibsons hold value and sound better. Buy a used Gibson is the better value you’ll probably loose more money reselling an epiphone anyway.
ОтветитьThe first
Ответитьthe black one
ОтветитьIf it's blind fold testing it's hard to tell which one is Gibson almost same sounds 😊
ОтветитьStill like gibson 😊
ОтветитьGibson ❤️
ОтветитьSet gain higher. It will be the same.
ОтветитьIn this example the Gibson obviously sounds a bit better. More crisp in the high end. But for $6000 I'm grabbing the Epiphone and running it through some EQ to boost the highs and clean up some of the mids.
ОтветитьThe custom sounded better but isn’t worth the hugs price tag in my opinion.
Ответитьbocchi da rock
ОтветитьSwap the pickups with better ones and a better wire harness it would sad practically the same for less
ОтветитьIdentical😮
ОтветитьIts a fake comparison...
ОтветитьEpiphone sounded muffled
ОтветитьThe real heroes of this video is the EQ and amp
ОтветитьI think that unless you are in a band or recording you dint need to spend thousands
ОтветитьMy dad lended me a Gibson Les Paul custom it’s old but expensive and is still in tune after 10 to 12 years sitting
ОтветитьGet the Epiphone, upgrade your pickups
ОтветитьGibson is better but not that much better
ОтветитьScotty doesn’t know!!! Lol
ОтветитьESP has gibson smoked. I've got an Eclipse that is every inch that gibson and more for just over half the price.
Zero tuning stability issues to boot.
Excellent guitar most people don't start off playing inexpensive Gibson Les Paul guitar let's keep it real y'all 🤔
ОтветитьWe can clearly see from the face you're making
ОтветитьIs it true that Gibson suffer from headstock crack ?
Ответить"I did her on his birthday"
ОтветитьThe Gibson sounds just a little "crisper"(?)... it's got slightly more of a "bite". But not a $5,350.00 bite! LOL
ОтветитьThe song is Scotty Doesn't Know by Lustra.
Ответить6000
Ответитьbe nice to hear with a good tone.
Ответитьthere are excatly tone differences between Gib and Epi. But, it's not a $5,350
ОтветитьCloser...not to bad!
ОтветитьThe Gibson does have a brighter sound . Though you can do some different amp settings for the Epiphone and match the brightness as well . Though the whole purpose is which one inspires you with it's muse . And brings one of those invisible entities floating around you called ideas and communicates through the spiritual realm throughout and manifest itself through the fret board ?? Because money is meaningless!!!!! And if its about funds your facing the animal with a loosing frame of mind !!!! Your already setting the boundary from the get go ! As for that don't even go to Guitar center or sam ash or where ever you go to worship and evaluate money !!
ОтветитьMy names Scotty and sadly I don’t know
Ответить“Scotty doesn’t know!”
ОтветитьFor > $5,000 dollars less. The Epiphone wins for me.
ОтветитьWhere is the LTD EC-1000?
ОтветитьAlways hated Les Pauls, they feel shit, they’re heavy and their tone is bad. Most overrated guitar of all time. Only exceptions to this are slash and Gary Moore.
ОтветитьSlide up the fret board on the second guitar before playing and I can give you a better answer
Ответитьsecond one is much more reverb as I can hear. It's not a fair test :)) But I choose second!
