I don't agree with all Andy says, but I can say I don't agree with all these Christians upholding Paul and a dream while ignoring what Jesus clearly said and taught in the 4 gospels, found compiled in Matthew 5, 6 and 7. Luke compiled it in Luke 6. But everyone who uses the name ignores what Jesus said, while expecting the promises he said we have if we abide in him.

The way these sound bites are pieced together is likely not an accurate depiction of what was said. Do your research before you condemn him. I believe the comments made regarding meeting together were in the context of Covid and should be heard in their entirety. What he said was not ungodly or unbiblical if you take the time to listen.

This is just all the more evidence that a Pastor’s ministry, and a gift to be a speaking leader, are not genetically inherited traits. They are an empowerment from heaven, and what is of the flesh is flesh - what is of the Spirit is spirit (John 3:6).

If Christianity is “inherited” from your parents at birth, then our commission should be to have 18 children per family. We’d take over the world in two generations.

The “book” was established by the church which was established by ruling monarchs - Jesus didn’t have the “book” in his ministry so at the core, Andy is saying your faith should be in God, not something created after Christ’s time.

People also need to stop “demonizing” others and that is in the “book” so you can’t have it both ways. Judge not, love covers all.
