Here are my thoughts about how a story might develop. Ralph and other Asian American activists use the destruction of historic Chinese buildings in Segunda Beach as "evidence" that the mayor is prejudiced against Asian Americans. To dispel the rumors and save face, the mayor approves the creation of an Asian American Cultural Center with city funds. The cultural center becomes a welcoming place for Asian Americans and the neighborhood surrounding the center develops into Chinatown.

Please don't make the Chinese building out of paper and loose sand like they do please. LOL

Bring back the old landscaping music from MPM.

Those two elementary schools less than two blocks away from one another have me screaming slightly. The proximity is one thing, but the time that kids would be riding the bus (or their parents would be spending to drop them off) with such centralized elementary school coverage feels a little insane!

No matter how much i watch i can never make cities even remotely as great as yours. It saddens me. Lol

So you stuck the transit centre in the least walkable part of your neighbourhood, surrounded by retaining walls so no ability to short cut through any of those blocks?

I don’t know why you didn’t snap lower the park to something that was in the middle of the heights (such as the street that was disconnected) to begin with and then work the park to fit?

The way you deconstruct assets to make them fit in this build allows you to create some really interesting spaces. At times I feel like the footprint is just much larger than the space you have to work with. I really enjoy when roadway networks need to be reworked in order to fit in new development. Not sure how much vanilla-ness you are still wanting to keep in SB (mods definitely elevate at many times) but I love the creative solutions you have come up with in VB without better bulldozer/ anarchy/ plop/ move-it.

It's crazy, out of all the assets in the game, surely at least parks shouldn't be flattening the terrain they're on. I hate that mechanic it's honestly one of the worst things about the game for me 😅 I would be so much happier if they did that way more sparingly, like only around the building of the asset, not the entire square :(

Bus and parking facilities driving over grass looks so suspicious.

i think mayor beacon should, really put up a sign of segunda beach on the rock of beach. ity would be a great marketing. also, i think it is time for mayor beacon and other elite of town to setup shop in the island opposite to the city. just like malibu, etc and i think all the elite will be having their beach front mansions. 😂 ALSO, Phill i think SB needs a light house..

Hey, I think you should have some handicap parking right out front of both the courthouse and city hall, as I feel they would be provided very close to the entrances.

Man getting rid of the police building for that office building hurt. It was so quaint.

I really feel like the paths at city hall and the park should be switchbacks. There's definitely enough space at city hall and I don't think it would be unrealistic. After all, out of all places, you would expect a brand new city hall to be ADA compliant.

really great lore this episode! it's always good, but something about it seems leveled up today

i feel like the park, from the bus terminal to the water, would come out more even if you could do it manually. love the path coming off the side angled into the corner by the welfare office, it allows for really good visibility & drivers already have to slow down to make the turn

Why not use the DEVELOPMENT POINTS to unlock some useful CITY SERVICES .. I mean, it is somewhat not good to not use the available resources when they’re essential to use!!!!

That janky hill park surprisingly looked pretty good in the end. Reminds me of some parks I've seen around home which is hilly. One suggestion for retaining walls - maybe some fences? I feel anxious just looking at the lovely lawn leading to a small concrete curb with a dead drop. Especially if there are cars facing it.
