This one really helps me.
Me sleeping problems have been going on for +10 years. But this one helps me to relax and sometimes to sleep for 30-45 minutes.
The best is the beginning: I give myself permission to rest.
I had a bad experience with one of your orhers, it was, as I remember, about affirmations. It gave me a serious nightmare.
The nightmare might have come anyway, but it was very uncomfortably to dream the nightmare inside your affirmations.
I dare not listen to your affirmations again.

And I love the little small sound of crackling fire.
Not fond of what others use to do almost permanently: ristling water that almost overturns what is supposed to be the relaxing sound of the voice.
The constant and overwhelming sound of running water only distracts me and I run to the toilet every 4 minutes to pee .. nothing.
I like your voice, and I like that the ckicling sound of fire from the fireplace is there. But in the background. Calming background sound, but nut disturbing the sound of your voice.
Your voice is no.1. Background sounds is helpers to make it feel extra more comfortable, secure and safe.

It really makes me feel.. long and well .. .? I'm not joking, It makes me feel me, and It makes me fejl good about feeling me. May sound weard. I'm really tired now. But although your videos don't really make me fall asleep (nothing does,I don''t ever sleep untill I actually pass out, after a couple of days), this one makes me relax so much that I almost fall asleep, very close to sleep.

These have helped me get through intense prescription pill withdrawals which if you have ever had to or know anyone who has you will know its one of the hardest parts. Last time i went 10 days without sleep hardly anytime at all. Amazing. God bless

ОтветитьDue to have tinnitus ADHD and anxiety it has been impossible sleep without medication, but after listen to your amazing calming voice I fall sleep and woke up with silence ❤, but in few seconds I started to hear the ringing again. I strongly believe that after discover this wonderful hypnosis one day I will wake up with no ringing 🙏❤, thank you so much for helping us🙏.

ОтветитьDear Jason, could you perhaps create a hypnosis session for those of us with hyperawareness, particularly around sleep (sensorimotor or focused on swallowing, breathing, too much, or the process of falling asleep.) Some of us are hyperaware of the process of falling asleep, keeping us from actually sleeping. It's quite common and it'd be great if it's addressed by hypnosis somewhere. Perhaps you could create a session around the problem of hyperawareness whilst trying to fall asleep and how to detach from the awareness about self? Thanks so much.

ОтветитьThis is too confusing for someone whose spent their life on the West Australian coast. My mind keeps getting conflicted between images of a camp fire on the beach with the crashing waves, cool salty air, sunset clouds, crunchy soft sand and early stars and been told to think of snow and forests and log cabin instead.

Usually I take an hour to 2 hours sometimes three Hours but With your Meditation, I don't would make it half way through. I did a test I did one night with you. Fell asleep instantly one night without you took me 2 hours. Thank you so much
