ОтветитьABSOLUTELY the BEST white bread I've EVER made! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
ОтветитьI just subscribed and thanks for sharing your wonderful white bread recipe 🎉
ОтветитьI’m going to try this recipe. I lost my tried and true bread recipe that I used for years. Any recipe I’ve tried since seems to be dry.
ОтветитьYou know what y'all need y'all need a bread maker it needs it it does everything even cookset it is the best it rises it the whole nine yards just leave it alone and let it go you got to get a bread maker LOL
ОтветитьYou want to do cinnamon rolls you can do it in the bread maker it rises it it does everything then take it out roll it up put it in your pan this is the easiest way to do everything
ОтветитьThat's a tupperware bowl I've got two of them a yellow and a blue one they come in handy a lot
ОтветитьIt's a dough whisk. If you keep your yeast in the freezer, it will keep past the expiration date.
ОтветитьLike usual it sure looks good. I think I need to move next door to you guys. That way you can invite me over. Hopefully often. Lol
ОтветитьI am going to try this bread looking delicious thks for the recipe
ОтветитьThe trays are small compared to a professional one. It would be a good idea to just make one bread for genuine beginners. Two loads is to much to waste in case yeast does not work out. Baby steps first even when learning how to bake your first loaf.
ОтветитьIf you got it at the store it wasn’t homemade 😊
ОтветитьIngredients please? How much flour?
ОтветитьYou will have even better results if you avoid iodized salt. The iodine weakens the yeast. I’d also avoid chlorinated water. Go to bottled water or let your tap water stand out in open air overnight to allow most of the chlorine to evaporate.
ОтветитьI think you nailed my problem. I have been using hot water and my bread doesn’t rise well. I think I’m cooking my yeast. Oops. So glad I found your channel. Omg. I’m still typing and I have been putting my salt in my yeast too. Omg. 😮
ОтветитьI let the yeast grow with 1 and a 1/2 cup of water and sugar the other half I melt the salt and then I put it in while kneading.
ОтветитьGood recipe! The one I have used for all my life. My mom made it this way, too. Thanks for the nostalgic moments of my childhood! You are two wonderful people.
ОтветитьI sift flour and salt around in the bowl with my hand to mix it good.
ОтветитьCan you use milk with the recipe? I like to use milk in my flour.
Ответитьok
ОтветитьHow do you get your cookbook on Amazon. I made one last year also I'd love to put it on
ОтветитьI followed your recipe exactly. The first rise was perfect. However the second rise didn't work after 45 minutes. No rise at all. So I started my oven at 350 and placed the loaf on top of the stove for 30 more minutes. That seemed to work. I baked bread for 30 minutes. Tested temp. It was 190 degrees. I let it cool til cool to the touch. I sliced a piece to taste. It was perfect looking but had no taste. Nor did I smell it while it was baking. Why would it be so bland? I went back over the recipe to see if I missed something but it was exactly like your recipe and video. Was it because of that delayed second rise maybe? I used the exact same ingredients that you used.
ОтветитьThis came out beautifully for me thank you for sharing
ОтветитьLooks good I have a bread maker so l use that to make bresd.Thank you
ОтветитьCan you use this recipe in bread machine?
ОтветитьI haven’t bought bread for about a year and a half. From the looks of your dough, it looks a little too stiff with maybe a little too much flour. Also, if the dough doesn’t want to yield, let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. It will give in a lot better.
ОтветитьDo you have city water, cloreen kills the yeast.
ОтветитьAww
ОтветитьI love a man a home cook ill be so happy and i help him it a great thing❤
ОтветитьI think too much flour best alittle sticky leave in bowl 20 mins then its baby soft then cut in two shape loaf in butter pan rise again
ОтветитьButter and oit pans i love german brand yeast best ever
ОтветитьLike your loaf pans so cool❤😂
ОтветитьOh my!!! Thank you so much!! This helped me a lot!!
Ответитьi fill my mixing bowl with hot water before i start to heat it up, then dump it out prior to combining everything, otherwise, it cools down the yeast mixture.
ОтветитьIt is a danish whisk
ОтветитьBecause the countertop is cold, use a hot pad underneath your warm water, yeast. It won’t cool off so much. Just a tip
ОтветитьDough whisk
ОтветитьStore your yeast in the freezer and it will last MUCH longer. I’ve it last years. Be sure to proof it before using to be sure.
