In 10s (David’s) timeline this episode happened between ‘the waters on mars’ and ‘the end of time part 1&2’ hence why at the end of this episode David says ‘I don’t want to go’ which is the last thing his doctor says in ‘the end of time part 2’ before regenerating into Matt smiths 11th doctor.
