I see most of the CNC accident outcasts from that tiny mirror. Why don't the manufacturing company apply transparent iron grill shields to prevent it?
ОтветитьGood example on why you should still wear safety goggles even though there is a protective window! I will not judge what was wrong here because we don't have all the facts. The only thing I can see that he already manufactured a lot of parts properly.
ОтветитьApart from window glass you need to fix a metal mesh.
ОтветитьWhat
ОтветитьBoom headshot
ОтветитьSupport to you friend
ОтветитьNever have understood why they put the controls directly in the line of fire.
ОтветитьMy God thank Goodness he's ok ... machines we can repair.
ОтветитьAnyone saying this is due to running multiple machines is living in the 1970s. It must be nice.
ОтветитьI think he didn't fix the job properly 🤔
ОтветитьThere is a JOG button on the operator's panel, which rotates the chuck at a low rpm so you can tell if the part is clamped properly and running true. Whenever you load a part in the chuck, you press and hold the JOG button and watch the part rotate slowly with the door open. The operator clearly did not do that, and my guess is that the part wasn't properly clamped.

ОтветитьLucky man!😰
ОтветитьIs he ok?? 😬
ОтветитьBoss comes around the corner, "What did you do to my machine!?!"
ОтветитьOlder machines don't necessarily have the strongest windows in them. Our old Mori-Seikis would be like that but any post 2000 machine we own have a laminated glass/polycarbonate window. I was standing right beside the end window of one of our 3 metre bed horizontal mills when a 25mm solid ripper broke at 15,000rpm. Hit with a mighty force but didn't go through
Ответитьthis is why you dont rush when running two machines and most decent companies understand that.
ОтветитьI work in an aluminum foundry an while these 2 industries are different, how come there is no sort of PPe? Or do the employees rely on the glass window/cover as a form of protection ?(legit question)
ОтветитьI worked in Hardinge assembly at the Elmira plant . Glad he is okay
ОтветитьLooks to me like the spinning fan over his head is more dangerous than the CNC machine!
ОтветитьThis is scary, thinking of all the times I put my nose right over the window
Ответитьpoor Kumar
ОтветитьFirst thought. Am I wet. Second thought how bad do I look. Is my ear missing. Do I still have my eye brows. Is there glass in my eyes. Did I die.
ОтветитьAnd this is why I will trust indian workers.
Ответить"there are no accidents, only stupid carelessness."
Ответитьwhen you encrease speed of proces on steel pieces.........
ОтветитьWell that had to suck. Something’s not on center anymore and I don’t just mean his brain; at least he didn’t go out cold and looks like he even hit the e-stop.
That’s part of the downside to having an operator who’s working like a robot. You forget to do things like check tool wear, or collets loaded with chips…or get sloppy on the keypad…
Indians cannot be trusted with such technologies
Ответить👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁😁🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьStomach shoot!
Ответитьgood thing he had his safety squints
ОтветитьWhen tryin to squeeze one more part out of that questionable length of material bites you in the ass. Been there, didn’t break the safety glass though, damn! 😳😳
Ответитьi work on cncs like this dude everyday... however.. i never sit near that pexiglass plastic garbage... them spindels when they break ... are bullets especially if u working with high speeds like 20,000rpm or higher... u better off use a stick and push the start button from afar... like jafar.
ОтветитьI just watched a video of the same machine bursting idk what the machine is or what it does but that’s crazy
ОтветитьI am noticing a pattern and it's dark
ОтветитьSo the machine was already set up and running which means he must of took the part out too soon and loaded a new part without it being at the begging of the program and smacked the tool. This why I run 1 machine at a time.
ОтветитьYou can tell from his movements he is not paying any attention to whet he is doing, product of doing the same shit over and over and over, that the reason I quit as a machinist apprentice and switched to millwrighting! I kept banging my head off the spindle of the surface grinder as I fell asleep
ОтветитьWhy does he look into the window where death is coming out ??
ОтветитьThat was the first mistake he did open the door and fast sharp piece of metal came out the glass
Change that name! It is a accident, people got hurt! Why do you thank for it?!
Ответитьwhy is there shit smeared all over the machine?
ОтветитьRun two machines is too dangerous
ОтветитьLooks like the gods were watching over him. From one machinist to another, I'm glad you are okay.
ОтветитьThese machines cost so much money
ОтветитьDang 😮I sometimes run 5 machines at work, 3 M32 and 2 L32😒
ОтветитьDude is wearing slippers and no safety glasses. Not smart at all.
ОтветитьWhen a machine fights back!
ОтветитьHe walks away then looks back over his shoulder as if he's disappointed with the machine. 😂
"Cmon man, was there any need to throw that at me?"
