tis was reallllly good....i basically looked up lemongrass for the first time on the internet an hour ago...made some tea with it, gave it to my parents who liked it as well...said it was a new flavour and after watching this video i feel i can essentially know about lemongrass..and that is beautiful...i particularly liked the coconut milk curry idea....i am getting into cooking off late and this video of the fish thing really was very easy....and such a pleasure...i love having flavours around the house...
