ОтветитьCorn syrup is a contaminant!
ОтветитьHow do you refil with wood or coal without removing the food ??
ОтветитьI've built several smokers, grills, crawfish boilers, from everything drums, aluminum, stainless steel. But this one I truly like because it's unique looks like it will work great, and the side intake pipe. Besides the finish is cool. God bless y'all.
ОтветитьGreat build brother! I want to make one myself, but i am concerned about the airflow. Does anybody know if air gets to the bottom properly? And is there a way to increase it on a less windy day?
ОтветитьLooks awesome! One question; Why doesn't anyone put doors in them for the charcoal & the water tray?
ОтветитьDude. You Rock!

ОтветитьEverything I run through my ugly barrel smoker smells like xylene and tastes like diesel. I'm gonna have to make a new one. I found a plastic barrel floating in the river, I'll try that next.
ОтветитьGreat job from start to finish....great product.
ОтветитьHi from France, I was wondering, is there any point in having a remote combustion chamber? Like on long classic smokers
ОтветитьThat came out beautiful, Great job.

ОтветитьThank your demonrats. They want total control.
ОтветитьGreat Video
ОтветитьMake sure you don’t get a barrel that has toxic substances in it
Ответитьlooks awesome, thanks for the step by step instructions. I would like to build a similar one, but want to check, do you paint the inside as well? if not, does it not get rusty?
ОтветитьForgive my ignorance , but how do you refuel the fire ? I mean , if i´m doing a large brisket that takes 12 plus hours , it looks like I´ll have to remove everything inside 3-4 times to add more wood , or am I missing something ? I forgot to add that I smoke with oak , not much else is available where I live.
ОтветитьAs long as you’re welding, you could also weld a threaded coupling in, if you have one handy and aren’t bothered by the gauge sticking out a bit.
