L96? It looks like a l115a3, because it has the monopod, folding stock and fluted barrel, Correct me if im wrong :)

L115 has a longer barrel, better breach and chamber and fires the .338 lapua round the l96 fires 7.62x51 nato

Well, in the video, he mentions that it's .338, making it L115.

How exactly are the breach and chamber better than the L96's if they are not the same? You are comparing a rifle designed for 7.62x51mm NATO to one designed around the .338 Lapua magnum cartridge.

hes probably referring to the groove in the bolt that allows it to function better in arctic conditions, with the Long-range rifle (L115A3).

As an ex infantry sniper I used this weapon meny times and loved it more than my wife (trusted it more as well lol). I left the force's a few year's ago so I haven't used the new weapons but I find it hard to believe they can be much better than this!

Guys.... you are no snipers...I am on other hand....PSG 90 (L96AW) was my rifle...and you load with your right hand if you are right handed..... you load with right arm, you shot with right arm...left arm is ONLY for holding the barrell. So you can keep the rifle steady and have eye contact with target with outmoving to much shit....

Why do Sniper rifles not have a two stage trigger....?

You could hit that with a AR at that range, he’s no sniper. Not downing him with his past but a sniper would have held the weapon differently and would have been so much smoother in his actions.

fun fact this weapon was created by 3 guys in a garage and when the military counceler went to see the operation they rented a workshop and putted the weapon in different stages
