Ответитьremember kids, it's only DEFERRED, not declined...u will pay Uncle Sam capital gains someday when u sell.... don't be misled...if u plan on doing this forever, it can work...Also, that 1031 clock ticks fast (45 days to locate a suitable property) when you want to exchange... things to keep in mind 😏
