After the issue of the injector popping, you're clearly now breaking up under full boost... you can literally hear it...stop driving it and fix it before you melt down your pistons

Edit: ah, you mentioned it at the end of the video... AFTER driving through all that blatant breakup lol.
I'm assuming when your rail popped, potentially either the electrical system to the injectors might be messed up, or that injector is bad.... regardless, do NOT drive until it's fixed unless you want to melt a piston and potentially throw a rod out of your block after the piston melts and potentially sticks and breaks inside the cylinder. It's definitely related to what happened, either fuel or electrical as it wasn't heard while you were in your runs prior to it popping.... unless of course, you're not running an ethanol sensor and you're running lesser quality fuel than you started with and your ECU isn't adjusting timing, boost, and fuel to compensate for the lack of octane....

You have to enable the safety feature in your ecu it will shut off the engine or limited the rpm if something goes wrong with fuel or timing or even the oil pressure, and do pressure test for the pistons to make sure every thing ok

I assume your name is Randy, (actually I saw Truong briefly but I've only watched the video once) just wanted to say thanks for putting his video up and for including the problems that you encountered. I'm in the process of building my own R32. It originally was a single turbo RB30 put together by Vin Diesel, but I wanted Twin Turbo as I already have an 8.5sec DA Integra (Wife has a 10.0sec DA Integra with a Frankenstein motor that she built herself,) and I was not really trying to race the GTR at the strip, I want it to be a Road Race car. Vin said that it was very hard to get the turbo and computer dialed in, ...but I had other plans than just Max horse power for the track, so I just gave the turbo and computer back to him. I also had my mechanic swap the drivetrain out for a more versatile one, and my he is gonna be swapping the steering wheel and passenger side with an R35 one so that I will have airbags for myself and wife just in case. LBWK low profile fender flares and one of a kind carbon fibre hood, Limited Edition TE37s, and Limited Edition Tomei exhaust and Titanium valvetrain, etc. Stock seats being reupholstered by Ludacris in white gator and black leather, headlights, tail lights, shift knob, etc. ....Haven't even really got to the sound system yet. But thanks again, because I have been "Chomping at the bit," about this project car but trying not to bother my specialist mechanic, I know you know how I feel. ...But if you're in NOCAL drop a line to my homie JR thru Umbrella Motorsports. I'm on the East coast but JR is good people and you seem like good people too, they go for drives and meets and stuff, might be able to help with mechanical issues if you haven't addressed them already. Maybe blowing out spark ? Check the plugs and maybe upgrade coils...

Check for cracks on coils. Not just on the top, pull the rubber off and give a really thorough look. Wrap them in electrical tape if even a hairline crack is visible. It may be something deeper, but that's a good place to start. also check your valve cover gaskets. oil around plug and in the boot will cause a miss fire!!!! clean it all out and fix the leak (if there is any). when the fule came off it could have gotten fuel or oil where it shouldnt be

tighten valve covers and replaced the spark plugs with 4554 ngk with factory gap.
