I have put together a few intermediate level ballet barre and center exercises that you can do at home - no barre needed! - a chair, countertop, or anything you can hold onto will do it. Exercises include:
1) Plié in first, second, fourth, fifth
2) Tendu from fifth
3) Quick Tendu from fifth
4) Dégagé (battement jeté) from fifth
5) Rond de jambe à terre
6) Relevé & Élevé exercise
7) Frappé
8) En Cloche
9) Adagio
10) Grand Battement
11) Tendu in center
12) Pirouette progression in center
13) Adagio in center
I am not saying that I have perfect technique, but I am offering a few level-appropriate exercises (with some technical suggestions) that will keep us all moving.
