Introducing the Layer Properties Manager

Thanks dude.. my layer Properties option was mistakenly clicked on Auto hide. Now it's fixed..

thank you man, the properties manager kept opening in the tabs and messing everything up. right clicked, pressed 'do not dock' and it was all good.
