Ana de Armas was miscast in this film. She is too beautiful to play the role of an assassin. They should have given her character a scar on her face that extends to her neck, shoulder and arm. Rachel Zegler would have been a much better choice to play the role of a damaged orphan who is trained to kill. Two of Zegler's greatest attributes are her annoying whine and the constipated look that she gives to her opponents when she is unhappy or confused. Her whine and constipated facial expression can be as destructive as the Black Canary's Canary Cry.

Lol... Didnt even know there were girl boss John Wick coming and i like John Wick movies. Well would not have watched it anyway. Even a hint of girl bossing is keeping me away from the movies.

All of the girlboss bs these past years have actually made it difficult for me to enjoy some of my favorite movies which star female action heroes because I know what comes next in movies afterwards.

Woke Hollywood attempts to make female action stars out of midget woke women like Ana de Amas as lead star has as much likely success as me getting in her panties. The previous female midget flop actress that was lined up with big screen action films 5 years earlier was Eiza Gonzalez. The major difference between these hoes and genuine action stars like Wesley Snipes, Keanu Reeves and Jason Statham is they all have various black belts in specifics martial arts disciplines. It has to be believable that these women can leg throw a 220 pound man over her back or take a solid punch to the face or stomach. It just comes off as girlboss garbage that the industry pushed on us as entertainment. That's why No Time to Die with Ana was a pile of sh*t with her antics flattening multiple mercs hand to hand in a thigh split dress and stiletto heels. There are actresses that are genuine martial art combat fighters like Kathryn Winnick, Gino Carano, but especially Winnick who is multiple levels black belt in taekwondo, karate and swordplay along with being a license carrier at personal bodyguard status while being the sexiest looking woman in Hollywood. Perfect for this crap film I have no attention in watching in theaters.

Armas is cute, but she's also getting old.

John Wick without John Wick = Why care?

Maybe people just aren't going to the movies like they were used to. There is a lot more going on in the world than movies now.

Keanu was never Constantine. He went from Neo to John Wick. Yeah, he was great as Constantine, and I enjoyed the movie, but you know what I mean.

Oh, I am looking forward to watch this movie - but on Blu-Ray! A trip to the cinema is SO expensive nowadays that I prefer to watch it at home, simple as that. And I don't have to be among other people as a bonus. Why sit in a theater with lots of people talking, eating their stinking cheese nachos and annoying the f**k out of me when I can enjoy the movie in an environment I feel safe in?! And save a ton of money as well?!?

I have zero interest in anything Hollywood offers. It has proven itself to be only disdained. I do not care the franchise, or IP, I will not be giving any money to that place.

i mean...i see Ana de Armas...she's HOT, that's a given, but....I just can't buy she's this badass cold-blooded top assassin.

i mean, i'm not saying she can't perform the actions right. I like her action scenes in No Time to Die.
but, physically..LOOK wise, she's just way too UNCONVINCING.
not that different with her action chick wannabe peers, like Blake Lively, Kristen Stewart, or even Angelina Jolie.

I do have a recommendation it anyone wants to see a good example of an actress convincingly playing a good badass action chick...

When I went and saw it in the theatres, it was surprisingly not as girlbossy as most movies. It had some moments of wokeness, but never over the top with it.

This is was a female action movie done right, the John Wick team should be rewarded for showing Hollywood how it's supposed to be done.

If a movie race or gender swaps someone even if it is good nobody cares for it anymore and as far as girl boss crap, they can stuff it if they just kept its name as ballerina and left out John Wick and let people figure it out for themselves it would have been a better Ida.

part of it's bombing is also due to multiverse/reboot/ spinoff fatigue; it used to be that spinoffs didn't require homework but now if you don't stay after 15 minutes credits you'll get lost in the plot of an entirely different movie.

If i want to see a jhon wick movie, i will watch john wick.
