SmART M.A.R.S AHD Mechanical Ascender Training.mp4

SmART conducted their monthly M.A.R.S. Training yesterday with guest observers SPCA-LA's Disaster Animal Response Team (DART)

SmART set up an Artificial High Point, a P.A.L. (Progressive Artificial Ladder) system and had Team Members ascend 35 feet up using Mechanical Ascenders to demonstrate how the Team prepares for ascending up trees or other natural terrain to rescue animals.

SmART had to create and modify various rescue techniques to enable them to safely and successfully rescue small animals in an urban or natural terrain.

SmART would like to thank SPCA-LA Officer McDaniels, Robert Lopez and Ernest Coronel for taking interest in the Teams Specialized Training.
