Delphi DS150 - Best Functions

I bought 2 of these from AliExpress. I live in the USA. They arrived OK.
It was challenging to get the software installed on my Laptop, but I eventually figured it out (it took me about 2-3 hours of tinkering).

I also updated the "firmware", which required to unit to be plugged into the car OBD port for power.
The software is quite good for Asian and European brands, but the listings are not so good for American models, but it's still a very good deal and worthy of owning.

I own a 2014 Silverado, and the software does NOT list Silverados.
The latest USA truck is only 2019 or EARLIER. I found it has 2014 TAHOE. And I used that setting to scan my truck. It actually worked.
I also installed the AUTOCOM software. I think it's the same shit. I really like the unit, but I wish it was more complete for American models.

Can it program an ECU???
