Blind optimism, or extreme optimism, means ignoring problems and hoping everything will be fine.

I am wondering why she has to talk so fast. If she wants to convey her information to a person who is depressed, a slower version of her conversation would be better received.

Not sure if she's talking too fast or if her microphone isn't working correctly but it's impossible to understand what she's saying.

Very difficult to understand her which is unfortunate because from what I did pick up, she has an important message.
