the use of the butchers moms laugh gets me every time 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThese recaps are so well done. Really enjoyable! THANK YOU for all the effort you put into each one!
ОтветитьI can't tell you how often I quote "What is this?? LIPS???" to myself, for absolutely no reason whatsoever 😂
ОтветитьThe Cabot Cove-Set Episodes are also My Favorites of the Show.
ОтветитьThe aerobics championship clip had me cackling!🤣
ОтветитьI am not a mom, but I am a Twilight Mom.
ОтветитьFrederick Coffin (Officer Koharski from Wayne’s World) is something of an MSW MVP having appeared in four episodes as four different characters. This was his first appearance on the show, he was also in season 9’s “Night of the Coyote,” season 10’s “Deadly Assets” and season 12’s “Murder Among Friends.” As a veteran TV character actor he also appeared in episodes of Golden Girls, The X-Files, Amazing Stories, The Adventures of Brisco County Jr., MacGyver, LA Law, and the original Lonesome Dove miniseries.
ОтветитьAngela Lansbury’s “Oh my” >>> George Takei’s “Oh my”

ОтветитьOne of my favorite quotes to live by is "Live your life in such a way that you would sell your talking parrot to the town gossip." The other is "To be silent is to be complicit"
ОтветитьDefinitely like this one. But if I could recommend an episode to cover, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the two-part pilot episode, "The Death of Sherlock Holmes".
ОтветитьCan you talk about he first episode of murder she wrote? I wish she ended up with that guy
ОтветитьLIPS
ОтветитьF*ing crying at the 'jogging' bit, seriously need like a 5 minute loop of that shit
ОтветитьI am DYING to see reviews of the two episodes of "Nan's Ghost".
ОтветитьLove love love your channel happy to watch.
Thanks
I love this episode. There was definitely untapped humor from the ladies of the beauty parlor and it was good to see it come out in this episode. I felt sorry for this victim, however. Kind of a bummer. Jessica cracks me up, though.
ОтветитьMom loved this show. A bottle of cold white wine, some cheese and crackers, the cat on her lap. It was fun!!
ОтветитьCitizens of Cabot Cove do not need really dramatic, significant reasons to off each other. Any little annoyance will do.
ОтветитьAny chance you could do Father Downing Investigates?
ОтветитьI grew up watching "Murder, She Wrote" and this is one of my favourite episodes.
ОтветитьFun fact: The lips painting is called "Observatory Time: The Lovers" (1936), by Man Ray. And the lips on the opening scene of The Rocky Horror Picture Show is based on it.
ОтветитьOhhhh, The Fit People and than Jonathan Frakes “It’s a total fabrication.”
Genius editing
Wait, so Larry was murdered to cover up the first murder? His death was way more gruesome. Crazy
ОтветитьEgads Sybil needs a makeover at the beauty salon before she goes on that talk show.
ОтветитьCurmudgeon or not, getting a character based on you named Dr Valliant can't be bad...
Ответитьone of the best episodes
ОтветитьIf you haven't already covered it, I'd line to see a video on the episode set in the mountains when seth goes missing for a short while. I don't remember the episode name but I want to say it was season 3 or 4
ETA: it's S3 "Unfinished Business"
I've recently watched the series and when I came up to this episode, there was something I didn't like especially the character Sybil but couldn't put my finger on. Thanks to your video, now I know why.
Overall, nice video and thanks for the laughs.
Fun fact: the guy who played the abusive husband in this ep is the writer of Giant Spider Invasion as well as playing the greedy adulterous farmer in the same movie.
ОтветитьMy favorite That Time on Murder She Wrote Videos Countdown:
10. Snow White Blood Red
9. It's a Dog's Life
8. Something Borrowed, Someone Blue/Mr. Penroy's Vacation
7. Night of the Headless Horseman
6. Something Afoul in Flappieville
5. Murder Among Friends
4. A Virtual Murder
3. The Witch's Curse/Fire Burn and Cauldron Bubble
2. The Petrified Florist
1. The Sins of Castle Cove
I remember watching this one!!
I was gonna mention Steel Magnolias, because that's what my parents and I kept commenting on during this episode.
I think one of the reasons I've loved Jess so much as a character as an adult (not just because Angela was just PERFECT), but she reminded me of my senior year high school English teacher! If fact, if Jess was real, I think they would have been friends! (Which, honestly, who WOULDN'T want to be friends with Jess?)
Not even poor Jess can escape the disgust of incels. Bleh.
Omg this is comedy gold!
ОтветитьThe lips are a Man Ray painting...about the last thing I would expect in a salon.
ОтветитьK C Feather... interesting. feathers are used in arrows. someone who makes arrows is called a 'fletcher' ;)
ОтветитьI did such a double take when you mentioned the messed up paintings in the salon! I have the painting of the girl on the right! I found it in a thrift store in Pennsylvania and my friends have always said it's creepy af, but I love it! I'd love to know more about the artist, if anyone has any info. I always thought it was just something an art student did for a class, so I'm pretty surprised to see it on Murder, She Wrote!
ОтветитьWay late to the party but just wanted to add that your editing skills are so good and this episode is a personal favorite. Thank you for making these videos and keep up the good work.
ОтветитьО, я смотрю сейчас этот сериал!!!! Анджела Лэндсбери 💖💖💖
ОтветитьHaven't been ablr to check all the comments ...
Did anybody notice (or mention) that Miriam (the victim) was played by Rosanna Huffman, aka Mrs. Richard Levinson?
One of about a half dozen guest shots that the boss's wife made on MSW (but that's another story ...).
Ammos Tuper at least pretended to try to solve the case.
ОтветитьWith all the cops and detectives on any given case a novelist always solves the case!?
Ответить"A Murder" huh! You don't say?
ОтветитьSomeone may've said this already, but...look up "Peyton Place" if you've not done so yet.
