So I didn’t understand why the medical examiner didn’t rule his death a homicide until the doctor testified. I think his testimony alone is reasonable doubt.

It is very possible he simply fell because he was drinking and unsteady and fell with glass in hand and it got embedded in his face. As I say that a fall like that does not explain boxers rash and raccoon eyes.

So he fell in the light snow with that much force it ripped his back pocket and caused skid marks on his jeans and gave him a severve skull fracture ???? Then the police planted all the tail light in his clothes and around his body then took the car to the sally port and planted evidence . Then everyone in the house and the first resopnders all colluded together to make up a story about what happened that night and what karen said ???? Then they rigged the phone data to make sure it all lined up correctly with a collision and karen told her dad she thought she hit somthing etc etc etc Hmmm ... Think im missing something

If I was watching this witness testify and didn’t know the background I wouldn’t know if this is a defence or a prosecution witness. He definitely didn’t prove the case of John being hit by the car. And I found his testimony very interesting at times captivating m.

Only, in the 911 call Jen made, she said they had "turned him over", so he didn't hit the ground on his back; he was face first in the snow.

My husband got hit by a car (he’s 6ft 4 and weighs 23 stone ) The car was going no more than 15 miles an hour and his wrist was broken through his skin !! If johns arm was the point of impact at even 20 miles an hour by massive SUV my own brain process tells me his arm would have been shattered not just cut .

How could John fly through the air and still hold on to his phone and cocktail glass and be found face down with a blunt trauma injury to the back of the head? Jen mcabe said he had a large contusion or swollen area over his right eye. If someone was backing up their car to hit a police officer don't you think he could jump out of the way?

Not necessarily! It depends on where he got hit. Obviously the head, which was a fatal injury. Yes they did find lots of evidence around John's body. For one thing lots of pieces of Karen's taillight. His sneaker was found and black cap and let's not forget his or Karen's drink glass that was taken away from her. The Forensic Data is not bias and don't lie. GUILTY without reasonable doubt for sure!

what i don't understand is how he was found as described by jenn mccabe as they had to turn john over meaning from his stomach to his back so they could lay on him and try to generate heat yet this man says that he wouldn't have been able to move from front to back once these injuries occurred and if that's true then where did injuries occur.

We don't need a neurosurgeon period. How can anyone explain the slices on his arm? They don't line up with any slices in the arm of the sweatshirt. It's IMPOSSIBLE! And a car didn't do that.

This doctor's testimony is completely irrelevant. his attitude and ego are a bit much he shoukd use his brain to tuck his Collar properly.

After the prosecutor has shown the clip in which Karen told aboout pulling a fragment of glass out of O'Keefes face i think he might suggest a theory like "she hit him with a cocktail glass into his face and he fell backwards." After all that guy who looks like a beaver (Brennan) is called a "special prosecutor" = either he parks on a handicap- spot or then he really pulls rabbits out of his hat. I dont know. Yes the case against Read is 100% bs and should have been deleted before the first trial but if there is a reason to try anyway = it makes me wonder who/what are they trying to hide so hard in the PD they just need a escapegoat so badly.
