Magicrete Building Solution is both a technology provider and contracting agency for the project; this 3D Volumetric concrete construction is the modern method of the building by which solid precast concrete structural modules like room, toilet, kitchen, bathroom, stairs, etc. and any combinations of these are cast monolithically at plant or casting yard in a controlled condition.
The LHP at Ranchi presents first-time use of such technology at such a large scale and will serve as a live laboratory for further studies for cross replication and adaptation in the Indian sub-continent. The project will also provide a unique opportunity to all stakeholders, including Engineering and architecture students, to get first-hand info on field-level application of such innovative systems.
