I don’t think she’s had anything other than a few fillers. Saw a couple of videos with her sister Sarah the other day, when she was 12 and Sarah 15 they look almost identical. At 24/27 they both look different but again almost identical in face shape and look. So it’s just age. They’re both very, very pretty sisters.

I think her nose tip could look smaller due to the common use of makeup for contouring.
I've seen tutorials that make the nose and face look really different.
I don't see difference in her cheeks, she's still young with prominent cheeks, and that could be from contouring as well.

Her nose looked better before, it's now too tiny compared to her somewhat fuller face. I feel like her lips are mostly overlined with makeup, is she did do something to them then she either doesn't do it very often or very minimal. I actually thought for sure that she had done some kind of filler to make her jawline sharper. Her chin definitely looks a bit longer and pointier. I hope she doesn't take it too far, she's so gorgeous naturally.
