I have my Uugo built as a general support (Relentless, fast, high HP), but TBH I rarely use her because I have other supports that fit my teams better. I'll definitely be rebuilding her specifically for arena now, & at the very least she'll be great in 3v3.

You can get the Sniper mastery and make it 100% to block buff

Uugo is great. Sethalia will still do turn meter reduce/increase if the enemy doesn't have buffs just not as much

Uugo is my favorite character in the game. I got her around week 6-7 and she just changed my account. I got Brogni about a month later and Bruugo carried me through so much content. I have a Madame Serris now and I still use Uugo in most arena matches and she's still one of the first things I try if I'm struggling on a Doom tower stage. She might not be on all my teams like she used to be but I still love her.

Hilarious a guide on a champion I actually own and I finally had to max to make progress in Doom Tower on the first account as a means to get past Valkyrie and other similar champions!

I mean I have Uugo I'm STILL working on the mission to get Arbiter she remains my most sought after champion in the game...

I mean I see that Uugo is good in Arena now but I originally made the sacrifices for her because of Doom Tower waves being WAY too much of a hassle quite early on without her assistance or Mortu Macaab and since my first account did not have Mortu I had to use her as a substitute..
My 2nd account has Mortu Macaab who fulfills her role and a bit more!

Tip toeing around crit rate to avoid triggering a mastery seems silly at best. Get rid of the mastery and don't cripple your character.

@Tyrauku you can get that to 100% with masteries 75% fully booked and 5% for each enemy alive so in arena 4 champs 20% with the support masteries "sniper" you get extra 5% so 100%

You should have tried. I pulled Cardiel in a 10× with 2 shards, and Kymar in a 10× with a 10 pull of ancients.
