CIG Fixed Very High Clouds?

CIG gave us an update to very high clouds this week in one of the Star Citizen 3.23 PTU patches! Supposedly it will look better and perform better, but does it? I tested it out at 4K with my RTX 4080 and at 1080p with a GTX 1660!
