I took out a high interest $5,000 loan in 99 to get my kids a quad. Ex split shortly after and I got behind. Cops came to question me about the loan. I explained my situation and they were sympathetic but told me a towing company would be called to pick up the quad and I would also be charged for that. I asked the officer if I delivered it could I avoid the tow charges she said yes. I also explained my trailer had no tags and would she please follow me to and from the yard without a ticket and she agreed. A month or so later I went to claims court to find out how much I would own. The financing company never showed up and I was cleared of any further monetary burden.
If you owe a debt work with the lender and it definitely will not end as bad as driving off a tow truck.

I started a successful construction company at a young age came from a family w/ no money no nothing so of course me making all the money i was making i went out and financed a brand new ram bavk in 21'.. long story short the big bucks slowed down l, thought i was financially secure, live within your means and dont try to impress nobody..
