ОтветитьI’m not used to doing workout videos where what we’re doing next isn’t described to me. It was a little difficult following along without verbal instructions, especially bc I’m doing it from my phone and I can’t see what’s happening sometimes. Other than that tho, the workout itself is super helpful for getting the day started, and targets all the muscles I use thru the day. Thank you!

ОтветитьI used to get all my exercise from working retail but then I got stuck with a sedentary desk job. I did that for about a year and a half and I knew something was wrong when I struggled with putting a gallon of milk back in the fridge. That's pretty bad considering I used to do 3 in each hand at a time. This video is sure to help with my mobility before I work up to calisthenics. Thank you so much! You've earned a new sub from a 2yr old video 💕
