1 drink water with lemon/cucumber
2 eat less food fill about 70 % why? Bcuz if u eat 70% every meal time it will trick ur body into thinking thats all u need to eat and the more u do this the more u will feel easily full and (drink many water it increases ur metabolism 30%)
At 31 you are looking so sexy no need to loss
