Welcome to Latvian rock'n'roll!!!!! Fomins is a rock legend, maybe should have sang in English so people understand better, but who cares, amazing entry. Proud to be Latvian.

I am a Portuguese that was in Erasmus in Liepaja, Latvia should respect and use their Language, specialy Latvian Rock from Liepaja.

I was 15 when they sang it in here istanbul and I always listen to this song. After 10 years later I visited Riga as a erasmus student and listen to this song in the biggest square. It was so emotional moment.

I love this a lot. And I want to hear Latvian more often!

I remember recently hearing this song on the radio with a little interview with Fomins before the song.
He said that the whole song was written as a joke. They entered the competition as a joke.
Then my mother comments that the place they got was a joke as well...

I was born in 2004, on November 20th. 20+11=31. This song got 31st place in the contest, so I had to come and give it a listen

(latvian here) I absolutely love this song and i think its so sad we don't send more songs in Latvian (tis is the only one we have sent that is fully in latvian), but i can see why. The only time we sent a song in Latvian, we got 17th place and didn't make it to the finals. And also i think Latvian musicians are still stuck in the 2000's and early to mid 2010's mindset, that you have to send an English song to Eurovision to be succeed, cuz in this years (2023) Supernova, there were no songs fully in Latvian. Really hope to see an eurovision song in Latvian sometime in the near future :(
