How to Fix the Disconnecting From Game Error on APB: Reloaded

When i click start it says it is missing some file thing and i redownloaded it but it still does the same thing. Can you help?

I got another problem. When i join a district i get dissconnected and a text comes up saying "World Server Disconnected You have been dissconnected from the server unexpectedly." And to end the voiceserver process didnt help. Any help please?

For me its like. Im playing like 4/5 missions and then in the middle of a mission it just disconnects without any warning and stuff. Dunno how to fix.
