I would like to ask when I was trying to meditate, I hold a shungite on right hand and I felt vibration from hand to head. What is the meaning of the vibration? I am new in meditation and not sure if I were really can go into the meditation state. I usually seems fall asleep in the middle. Thanks!

Had a dream last night, l don't normally dream, my father dressed in a suit, l was sitting on a green hill, he said are you coming, yes l said, as long as you take me back, l was at a white door, with key in hand, l saw baby, it cryed!

I had a rough day, I’ve been following the world & our countries events over the past 2 yrs. It gets to be too much, I feel so deeply for all the suffering, & the dark energy gets me upset, even though I try to look to the future with positivity. I get so confused as to what is truth. When you said, there are no coincidences, & that we are empaths, & that I was enough , I heard your words go to my soul! I’m always so worried about my loved ones, the suffering of the children & young adults that it’s starting to come out as illness. Thank you for allowing us to take a look and at the same time participate in your healing therapies.
