I can´t remember which video it was but you said you could maybe release the overview you have. It seem really nice and clean and i would like to use that.

That Arton is Not a PVP fit , and Cross tanking is terrible
Low Skill I would Hull tank it (Most Gal ship will be hull tanked till you get Higher Armor Skills), That way don't have to worry about resit. Also Hull tanking does give a a alin penalty or speed
Top- 3 Meta Ion Blasters
MId slots - AB , Web and Scram (Most Likely all Compacts with low skill
Low slots DC 1 , ARmor rep and Mag stab
Rigs t1- Hull rigs.
The Incruses is a better Low skilled t1 frig than a Atron (you will need t2 Tank skills and more engineering skills , Like Cap on the Atron)
The Navy Comet is a navy Incruses
The Best Newbie ship for FW is a Punisher (any Gun can be mounted on it and hold 4 guns (no bonuses though) it has a very good Tank (armor) for a t1 Frig. )
Kestrels are good IF you have the Rocket skills , ( cuz any T1 Rockets suck) I would not fly a hookbill until U can use t2 rockets
But I would move to a Destroyer aSP Rail Caddy's and Arty Thrashers rock these are great beginners ships for pvp . The Algos and Dragoon would also require Drones skills. . The Cormorant is a Snipper not used for solo, The Croax is ok but requires higher Rocket skills . Missile Coraxs are used in Fleets
The Best D-Plex ship is a cheap Nano Kite Tristan. .

when waiting for skills, this is exactly the kind of things a player needs to learn to do if they're not doing career agent missions, (yes, including looting, etc). try to keep meta mentality from new players. the best way to learn is doing - even with a sub-par fit and in a corvette. learning to deal with ship loss (over and over again while maybe getting a few LP or loot), is also a valuable experience...
