My headcanon is that after the fire at Fazbear’s Fright, his suit was burned and so he went to an old location to look for different parts to replace them with. As for his arm it’s possible that it fell off due to it being damaged and he decided to sharpen the end of his bone to be able to kill people.

My theory is maybe his arm was trapped under some rubble and to get free he just straight up ripped off
