Wow. Just stopped on this and looking forward to something but a little disappointed. However, I applaud the channel for trying.
ОтветитьWalter Mitty meets Falling Down ...it was bound to happen.
Ответить🍎🍎
ОтветитьA quarter of the way through this i realized there are at least two Steve King short stories that take place at a rest stop lol.
ОтветитьOkay, second one. Confess I didn't know these existed.
Thank you Stephen for the experience sir.

Excellent job, thanks!
ОтветитьBy coincidence, I had reread this story a few weeks ago. It would seem that Steven King is quite generous about letting others use his stories as a base to create their own work, so it is always interesting to see other people's take on King's stories. I enjoyed watching Cameron Schwartz's interpretation of "Rest Stop."
ОтветитьThat was great!!! Thank you Soooo... 😊😊😊
ОтветитьIt's so difficult to maintain HORROR over the course of a novel. Pet sematary and the shining achieve it best. But short stories....for me "N" is his absolute scariest
ОтветитьDon't you just hate them office wankers😠
ОтветитьDon't you just hate them office wankers😠
ОтветитьHi Cameron,I love Stephen King since decades,so I subscribed to your channel!😅
ОтветитьVery reminiscent of Hitchcock with film noir elements. Music keeps the tension tight, and the tonal montage is spot on -a little a+b=c Potemkin style.
ОтветитьThe book of short stories was great! I just finished it. I love how the town is named Derry in this film
ОтветитьThe guy looks like Trigger from only fools and horses
ОтветитьStephen King is the all time greatest author. I have collected all of his books, hard cover for many years. I love watching these short stories.
ОтветитьNever underestimate a "nerd."
ОтветитьEnding sucked.
ОтветитьHated
ОтветитьWhat the hell is this? So bad, makes no sense
ОтветитьThis was very well made, enjoyed it a lot. :)
ОтветитьI don't like this story
Ответитьyawn
ОтветитьMusic is too loud. Poor sound editing. The actor playing the dean was overacting. The story isn't interesting.
ОтветитьHe's lost his mind in the last few years and I will never support anything new he writes.
ОтветитьHorrible!
ОтветитьNO GOOD NONE OF THEM😢
ОтветитьThis is a damn good movie theyve got a couple of them if this is the one im thinking about
ОтветитьNope its not
ОтветитьWow this was great work. Thank you to everyone who was a part of it.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed this great acting they were tools especially the fella mocking jeering but dont get the end was he meeting him to kill him what was in the drawers who the man in the bathroom he killed did he know him very well though out and loved the plot music made it creepy
ОтветитьThe dean reminds me of Lumbergh from Office Space 😂
ОтветитьWhat??? What happened???
ОтветитьFirst 15 min makes no sense. NO let me rephrase that., The whole show don't make sense
ОтветитьMaybe I'm just getting 0ld (80) and I have seen or read all the so called Horror Stuff out there but taking this into consideration I thought this One Sucked! No offense and Just my opinion based on so many years of Horror & Science Fiction! What Me Worry!
ОтветитьLoved this little sinster Stephen King creation❤
ОтветитьI dont remember this short story in Skeleton Crew, but I haven't read it in years.
ОтветитьIndie. Way way too indie, even for me.
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьBoring.
ОтветитьExcellent.
ОтветитьThe musical accompaniment does not enhance the acting nor does it set the mood. It's overwrought, distracting and unnecessary.
ОтветитьI have no idea why I watch Stephen King stories because they are all so incredibly boring. The only one of his books I actually enjoyed was "Misery" -- I think he's vastly over-rated.
ОтветитьPretty predictable.
ОтветитьThe full length movie that has nothing to do with the short story, rest stop, is really good and worth watching.
ОтветитьDamn good work!
ОтветитьI want a full movie of this! It was too short.
ОтветитьYou have my sub and bell ring. I've been a Stephen King fan since Carrie. I'm also 71 so I've seen all his movies, read his books and short stories. You captured his vibe to a T in this production. This reminds me of how Stephen said he was treated by his publisher's when he started out. Little did they know he'd become one of the most famous authors on the planet.
ОтветитьEven the short films are too bad and boring for words. Now I understand why King's longer films are always weak B-movies
