what documents do they need from me when sending to amazon warehouse in customs, i have the certficate for the prouduct but no tax id number?

Excellent video, I am new to Amazon FBA and happy to find your channel. I have a 3PL question and hope to get your advice. I am ordering a ton of inventory from China. As a new seller I have major inventory limits. I signed up with a 3PL in Williston, VT 05495.  I spoke with a freight forwarder and they told me it is much more expensive to ship to the East coast from China than to CA from China.  Do you recommend I go with a 3PL in CA?  How about one in TX 78669? I want to make the right decision before my first shipment. Thank you.

Dear friends from the trade, you should communicate with the sellers about your shipping rates to avoid misunderstanding!
(Some of my personal understanding…)
FOB:The cargo is towed from the factory to the port + customs declaration;
CIF:the cargo is towed from the factory to the dock + customs declaration + sea to the destination port;
DDU:double clearing to the door but not paid;
DDP:double clearing including tax to the door
