ОтветитьSo true. I've left jobs that offered more money simply because the quality of the work enviromment was much lower than the place that paid me less. I would rather make good pay as long as the work environment and benefits are of higher quality. If I find that same high quality somewhere else that pays more I will jump to that job, but only when the quality matches. It's all about quality. Fire the bad eggs, make better quality workplace for your good egg workers.

People think they have, but they do not. A recession will shake these people out big time.
Completely disagree with this gentleman. I feel this generation is more after money rather than quality of life. In fact earlier generations had better quality of life as were not only chasing money. Today's generation is mostly involved in luxurious living bcoz their other needs are fulfilled by their parents
