Can this instruction be used to make text scroll up/down effect like end of movies?

The PICS resolution is very damaged with this trick...
just make a normal scroll effect by adding pics and keeping it on the highest resolution possible - plus this way its easy to change photos that i initially chose for the scroll... the way that you suggest is final. no pics changing is possible afterwards.

please - just write a code for a normal high quality scroll effect. it's basic feature on video editing apps...

Hello! Could you please add two buttons to the application, One is for scrolling one single frame to the right (forward in the timeline) and one for scrolling a single frame to the left (backwards in the timeline)? This would allow very precise editing. Thank you!
