Hi Tatyana, can I replace any meat versus rice? Thank you!
ОтветитьGreat master class, everything is clear and easy to understand... after watching the video, very easy to prepare and all the work !) But it would be good in the beginning and end of the video, write the list of ingredients and weight ( quantity) of products, it would be great.)
ОтветитьГолубцы никогда не были -русским блюдом.Это укаинское блюдо.
ОтветитьYour recipe is great, nothing different than Polish Cabbage rolls just the pork but I love that too. Just one thing at times you talk too fast on your video.. I had to pause and right it down, dang my printer out of ink!!!
Ответитьgod she is beautiful
ОтветитьTatyana, please humor this old chef! You are very skilled and I agree with everything you do here. If you came to work for me, all I would ask of you is to never, never have your fingers pointing toward your knife when you are dicing food. Show everyone the way to curl your fingers under and brace your knife so they develop good habits. This is my only criticism and I hope you take it in the spirit which it was mentioned. Thank You for sharing the joy of cooking the dishes of our heritage and teaching them to everyone. I wish you all the luck in the world! BTW, when I was very young, Babcia caught me doing that. I NEVER made that mistake in her kitchen again!!
ОтветитьExcited to try this. I love cabbage, and the other ingredients sounds great too.

Ответитькошове гений кодекс а от днес макар
ОтветитьMicrowaving the cabbage was a life changer. My grandmother Marion was taught to cook by her mother in law (Irish) and the women in her tenement in the Bronx (Polish, Italian and Ukrainian back in the 1940's) . She taught me (and my mother) to cook. I always hated boiling the cabbage. Thank you! also please do more Russian family recipes.....
Ответитьcan this be done without rice?

ОтветитьThis is really similar to Hungarian stuffed cabbage rolls. Töltött káposzta
ОтветитьThis video is old and you might not respond but...... My grandfather was in the Russian army late 1800s early 1900s. This was army food according to him. He made it for his family years later. I was told the recipe calls for broth instead of tomato sauce and bread instead of rice. The broth was made with soup bones. That might be the way it was made 120 years ago. The recipe probably changed. My mother was taught to make it that way for my father.
