ОтветитьI tried doing your workouts about a year ago and found it too hard for me. I spent 6 months lifting and increasing weights. Today, this workout, although still difficult, I felt stronger and more confident. Thank you. I'll be back for the entire IRON series.
ОтветитьApparently I'm late to the party just discovering Caroline Girvan. I've been doing professionally done fitness video programs for about 15 years, including P90X, Body Beast and many others. I'm beyond impressed with Caroline's workouts. I was looking for more time under tension lifts and this program delivers. I plan to complete IRON and try some of her other ones. Thanks Caroline!

ОтветитьCompleted March 06, 2025. with 25lbs DB for most exercises. used 100lbs for RDL, and added Hip Thrust, used a 40lbs KB for Goblet, finished up to 71 %

ОтветитьJust started and WOW!!! My legs is sooo tired that I can’t even get up. I tried other workouts before, but never this intense yet not intense to the point you tired yourself out. Since she give us proper ways of taking it slowly, it makes things much more effective. I’m glad I found a good instructor. I’ve always do it too quickly that I can’t even feel it improve, but today just one video I can see a change. My muscles feel lifted to the point I can see that all my stored fat smooth out a bit. Also, with only a few workout types, it still make an improvement. 😊😊😊 Just to let you know…I have high percentage fat with low muscle. I’m trying this journey to burn as much fat while toning my muscle. I know I won’t get bulky given that I have skinny bones, but I will try my best to get in shape and be healthy. My knees are causing me pain due to the heaviness of the fat I think…. Anyways, have a successful journey with this workout, I hope everyone will work their butts off. Good luck

It’s no small thing what you’ve done here. I’m on Day 3 and I’ve never done anything like this. Its SO well put together. The attention to detail and organization is exquisite. Wow. Just wow.
