Biggest Problems With Lost Ark Right Now Being Fixed!

So lost ark has been having some major issues on launch, not too surprising. Major ones of people just not getting cash shop items, the other one being hour long plus queues for servers. Luckily they are taking a look and fixing it but this will take time. Small update video hope it helps, just got level 50 so I will probably be pretty busy.
