Watch the spinach, loaded with oxalates and can be problematic and stick with lower glycemic fruits as that’s exactly what they are natures candy….

Nutrition is a tricky topic. There are so many strong opinions and weird diet theories out there. You did a great job encouraging people to make small changes and focus on eating real unprocessed food.

Roasted everything for me!😂 broccoli, carrots, cauliflower...etc..i would love to incorporate green smoothies into my diet. Please share your recipe😊❤ what do i use instead of milk?

Hi Annie, Thanks to your videos, I've been incorporating green smoothies into my diet for the past 2 months. I include mint and an avocado (minus the banana). Additionally, I took out the chicken that I was having 2x a week. I just finished reading Dr. Colin Campbell's "China Study" research / book. Scientific evidence over the span of many years with thousands of participants! xo from Toronto

I was meal prepping when meal prepping wasn’t cool 😂 I did it for 30 years! It was a necessity. I worked days and the hub worked nights. I was off on Monday so that was the day. I grocery shopped in the morning and then spent the day cooking and packaging. We had a full week of food ready to go. Sunday was rest day but I still usually made something hot and fresh, with enough leftovers to start the prep of course. Now I’m retired and my hub works days so I usually cook something fresh most days. I do still prep fruit, veg, overnight oats and the breakfasts he takes with him. It’s a whole different life and I love it. 🩷

I love your videos, but want to bring awareness that vegan is a lifestyle. I wouldn't say you're vegan because you own leather products, but you definitely eat plant based.
