Missing sooo many! Especially kids games. I was a young child when this system released. It was my 1st!! Crayon Factory, cartoon jukebox, Sandy’s circus, barenstain bears: bear country, Max the magician
ОтветитьFunny i haven't seen no one with complete set of hyperspin of philips cd-i
Where do you find alphabet?
The Tetris game seems 'passable'.
ОтветитьHow come you can't find the game ALPHABET anywhere?
ОтветитьAwesome list, missing a few games though. I still have my old collection at my moms house and remember Arthur having his own game, a circus coloring book game, and a few others but overall you got most of them. Laser Lords scared me as a kid, and still kind of freaks me out lol.
Ответить見事に洋ゲーしかない…。
日本ゲームが無くて3Dが無い3DOみたいな印象を受けた…。
I had a colouring in game on the CDi, you used to colour things in, with colours of your choice and once completed it used to play a short animation with what you'd coloured! Was cool but can't find it anywhere.
ОтветитьI have a CDI 450 and 470 now
ОтветитьPhilips CD-i makes the Atari Jaguar look like the greatest system ever.
ОтветитьI had one. It was decades ahead of its time. I also had the 3DO which was another phenomenal console for its time.
ОтветитьI loved games like dragon's lair, space ace and brain dead 13!When I was a kid graphics like that was mind blowing!
ОтветитьI remember this game that has similar animation to the cdi Zelda games where this professor guy did some rhyme speech or some shit and you’re locked in this dungeon and some guys there to help you escape, any idea what the game is?
Ответитьgreat list, I miss The Flintstones And Jetsons Timewarp For The Philips CDI and another racing game I forgot what its name is.
ОтветитьWe had a few of this games. We liked Dimo's Quest and Asterix and Obelix, Family Games 1 & 2 played it four hours with my dad, mum and older sister. We also had The Crayon Factory wich was more for our age at the time :') There also where games with a biy names Tim and his bear. About him going to a hospital or airport. Wich was more for ages 4 tot 7 or so.. And a few movies. i know we had a lot CD's but this where the games that popped in my head. Loved those days ❤
ОтветитьWas Alice In Wonderland Supposed To Be Some Kind Of Educational Game?
ОтветитьIn Japan sw house J.i.m. released Golgo 13 and Cyber Soldier Sharaku.
ОтветитьYou forgot Pecos Bill (CD-i, 1991)? And Space Safari & The Number Factory
ОтветитьSo Mystic Midway: Rest in Pieces for CD-I was released in Japan
ОтветитьOooh I used to play these at my grandpa's house, he has either the Dutch or English versions of Alice in Wonderland (by far my favourite), The Apprentice (pretty cool but the hard for child me, actually they all were), Wacky World of Miniature Golf, Space Ace (although I believe that one was a demo) as well as some others that weren't in the video. I believe one was a flintstones one, might have involved the Jetsons as well. And there was also one where you were a seal that went to the circus, which was like a path choosing game for small children. In a way this was my very first console, had some great memories on this.
Ответитьis this all 208 games?
ОтветитьIs there an arcade stick set up or some all in one PC that you can purchase that has all these CD-i games pre-installed? Also with 3DO and Amiga CD32? I just want something I can buy, plug in to a tele and play games
ОтветитьThe CD-i was not a video game console. There were video games for it but it was not a video game console as we think about them today. It was a multimedia device for music, movies, educational/informational software as well as other software. It was more like a computer for your television. Video games were still seen as toys for kids and teens in 1990/1991 and the video game industry was not what it is now. The game library is not great but the system had other intended uses. Compact Discs were just coming to the fore and this system was aimed to take full advantage of the medium.
ОтветитьWTF.... 9 full minutes on a zelda game 🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьI first got on the Internet via a CD-I ! Swiftly moved to a PC!
ОтветитьHi, did you download this Philips CD-i roms?
If there is a link?
Dragon Lair é única coisa boa neste console. 😅
ОтветитьCD-i, 3DO and Neo Geo were for rich families only in the early to mid 1990s. These systems cost $500 or more. The general public that wasnt rich could hardly afford to buy 100 dollar nintendos and 200 dollar snes was quite high for most people. i chose to buy sega genesis in 1992 because it was like 50 bucks less than snes. the cd-i has an outstanding variety of software when you do the research. the people behind cd-i put in a great effort at making available a lot of cdi software to people who bought a cdi and theres even all kinds of different cdi hardware. Sega CD was also for rich people only in the early 90s as well. even the saturn when it came out in 1995 was 400 bucks. again, rich only. 300 dollars is about the limit most people will spend on a gaming console. thats a big reason that PS1 and N64 were a good success. not too expensive to begin with.
ОтветитьSomething tells me the uploader has a soft spot for the last two Zelda games.
ОтветитьLemmings good port with mouse and cool music version.
Zeldas need release on N. Switch.
Spent way too long on the crappy zelda games.
