ОтветитьI have been suffering from shoulder width since I was young, and this is my first day of training. I felt effective, but will these exercises make my shoulders less broad than before? because I do not suffer from fat by structure. My body’s bones are like this, so please tell me in the comments. Will I see a change or not after about a month?

Ответитьive been doing this workout for two weeks now and my shoulder seems to got only bigger :( also idk why but when i do the first exercice it make my face muscles moove automatically i’ve juste notice this now. i think i’m gonna stop doing it

It doesn't feel good to have a broad shoulder with slender hips, no matter how beautiful the face is!!!
It doesn't look.good while wearing any type of clothing, plus the picture photo doesn't come out well with me.

Day 1: ✅ [Upper arms, shoulders, and neck hurt. 😭Which is a good sign]
Day 2: ✅ [Same pain. My shoulders and neck for some reason are tingling, LOL]
Day 3: ✅ [Procrastination hasn't got the best of me yet! 💪]
Day 4: ✅ [Getting easier. That last workout before the stretch gets to me every single time 💀]
Day 5: ❎ [Was busy traveling ]
Day 6: ✅ [Back on! And despite the break, I see little results 😄]
Day 7: ✅ [Shoulders look a little smaller, but still, not much of a difference, bettering my posture as well]

I am starting today.
Day 1 ✅️ - it was kinda painful
Day 2 ✅️ - doneee
Day 3 ✅️
Day 4 ✅️
Day 5 ✅️ - I did it only for five days but I see the result slightly (I was in calorie deficit these days so I guess it helped too, but be careful with this and I recommend max 100 calorie deficit otherwise there is a risk of you f-cking up ur metabolism)
Day 6. - I let my body rest a little today since I did intense ab workout after a while and my abs really hurt now
Day 7 ✅️ - it was so much easier than previous days
Day 8 ✅️ - doneee
Day 9 ✅️

Day 1:there is a simple difference; also, my back hurt after the exercises, which is normal because I did not done exercises since a long time. (I did it 3 times.)
Day 2: It is easier than yesterday, even with my back pain (I did it Once)
DAY3 I really can feel the difference. It feels convenient (I did it 3 times)
Day 4: I feel a little bit better and before I do the exercises, my back was hurt me a lot since I woke up. During the exercises, I felt it was hard to continue but I did not give up (I did it 3 times.)
Day 5: I feel convenient after that but also, my back was hurting all day so I think I should keep my back straight as much as I can. I did it one more time after and I feel really good because I thought twice was not enough so (I did it 3 times.)
Day 6: Its easy and I really feel convenient as always but usually my back hurts during the day I dont know if its normal or not but its really annoying, even though (I did it 3 times.)
Day 7: I did it and as always, my back hurts I hope it get lost with time (I did it twice)
Day 8: I did it and the exercises became easier but my back pain did not get lost (I did it Twice)
DAY9: It is became easier and my back hurts as usual but I did the neck hump exercises too (I did it Twice)
DAY10:I did it with forward head posture & neck hump exercises and It is doing well(I did it Twice)
DAY11:I did not do any exercises
DAY12:I DID IT but I noticed that my back has not hurt anymore (I did it Once)
DAY13:I did it finally because I felt a little bit lazy also my back hurts again(I did it TWICE)
DAY14:It is a stressful day but thankallah (I did it Twice)
DAY15:I did not do any exercises
DAY16:I did not do any exercises
DAY17:I did not do any exercises too
DAY18:I done it finally (I did it once)

ОтветитьDoing this workout for shoulder pain lol. I am a really lazy kind of person , who wants to burn fat but started with just moving my body everyday so that I develop the habit of working out. So I will do this workout for 1 week along with other upper body exercises.

DAY1: I thought I wouldn't feel the burn because the moves looked easy, but it wasn't like that at all. It was a bit difficult for me to do, but I felt great when I finished.
