Stop the "distracted" accusation toward the driver who hit a disabled car on highway. It's the responsible for any driver to move their broken down vehicle out of the streets. Furthermore, the highway speed is always high so some people don't have good reflex to react to a vehicle that is completed stopped even if they follow safe distance.

Anytime you see Arkansas State Police, you already know how it ends. 😉

mtbrdude: in general I dont make blind turns or assume everyone is going to stop at a red light because of this very situation. that was a bad accident and if people just didnt assume what they were thinking then it would have never happened. never go somewhere in a car where you can't see and arent 100% sure someone is going to hit you.

Why do people stop in the middle of highways? If your car is dying then pull over. You should be held responsible for just stopping mid freeway
