Just curious -- Why Atlanta? If most people were asked where are the chess powerhouses in the U.S., I doubt that Atlanta would immediately spring to most people's minds.

Fun fact: In the 5th episode of The Queen's Gambit, the checkmate at the end of the Opera Game makes a cameo appearance in one of the speed chess games.

Not enough ads LOL. But seriously, if you are going to put multiple midrolls on such a short video, this is the perfect way to do it, putting the ads in the exact spot where he allows you to pause your video and look for the winning move.

I'm sure morphy saw bxf7. He was just trying to win as quickly as possible.

This was in a 1971 Fischer interview. The interviewer actually asked something like, 'Did Morphy win or the Count and the Duke?

Curiously, not one of Morphy's games is in the mammoth book of the 100 best chess games ever played.
