When you are able to boot again make sure to

1 - type clean on the windows button and open clean disk as admin

2 - wait for it and when it's done check all the boxes and click ok to begin the cleaning

3 - when the cleaning is done the window will automatically close, then Open cmd as admin and type "sfc /scannow"

4 - Restart the PC

5 - run the troubleshouter for anything specific left
