I’m convinced that the Bloodskaal were massive otakus. Hermaeus Mora gave them manga, called it ancient otherworldly knowledge and gave them the knowledge to replicate those famous energy slash attacks.

So the jarrin root is basically a delete button?

It's very easy to Legitimatly aquire a second Jarrin root by pickpocketing Astrid right before the conversation where she gives it too you normally. As long as you make the one you pickpocketed Into a poison before initiating the diolouge she will hand over a second jarrin root like normal. Some people might disagree but I believe that pickpocketing something and using it is a standard game function so why not steal the Blade of Woe and the jarrin root from Astrid before she opts to gift them too you, now you legitimately have 2x Blade of Woe daggers with 2x jarrin root(100alchemy+ right ingredients=over 6k poison damage with concentrated poison perk you get 2x shots so done right you can do over 24 thousand damage with 4 shots. ENJOY😉

You could always make the potion and then use the duplication glitch in White run and have your companion duplicate that poison

I hate the bloodskal blade because in 50% of my playthroughs it doesn't fire energy with power attacks and I can't do the rest of the quest and get the black book

There are dupe glitches for the root, so if you don’t want to use fortify resto loop, it’s a viable weapon
