It's unbelievable how nostalgic this melody feels for me. Like, I've listened to Blue Danube's orchestra version many times before, but this awakens a weird childish memory that I've never experienced before, wow. I love these instruments.

Ah! What a wonderful melody! It is pleasant to hear the melodies played by music-box. The sound of music-box is marvellous. Some antique mechanical musical clocks played melodies on built in music-box for each and every hour just before striking the hours on bell or gong.

Amazing technology for its day. Wonder how many modern day engineering students could recreate this from scratch without looking at reference documents?
