Best video from people in my area who are considering to move there .
Great content!
Keep creating! 👏
Bro, you're leaving out a lot of CONS. I grew up in Miami, and I can tell you Miami has changed for the worse. Everything is overpriced, the horrible traffic, the people's nasty attitudes, the customer service everywhere sucks, the driving is terrible, the superficial women, the fake people, the rent, the high cost of real estate, and the high car insurance. There's nothing nice about the people in Miami. It's voted the rudest city in America. NYC has nicer people than Miami.
ОтветитьThanks for the information 👍
I’m going to be a certified veterinarian in Florida hopefully by the end of this year. Currently I’m not living in Florida and I have no idea what is cost to live there. Would you please make a video about housing especially rentals options, prices, safe areas for singles? Thanks 🙏
This is the best video I have seen! I really appreciate that Martin. Looking forward to moving Miami to start a new chapter in my life🙏💎🌴
ОтветитьI hate Florida but don't know about Miami?
ОтветитьI can tell you love your city
ОтветитьLiving in Las Vegas, my mother and I are really thinking of moving to Miami or a more northern city like Ft Lauderdale or Boca Raton. 😁
ОтветитьThe biggest con is the language barrier. It is highly recommended that you speak Spanish before moving to Miami for ordinary Americans. I know English is taught in school but that doesn't mean the city is going to be "English friendly" when students finally grow up. They don't want their city to be like Cleveland or Seattle. They want the city to be very receptive with the Spanish language from culture to everything. If you leave the public sector aside, all the good paying or respectable jobs require to speak Spanish or English and Spanish. Moreover business meetings, from mom-and-pop shop to bank office like City National Bank. So Miami is a unique American city with a very enduring language in mind.
ОтветитьYou really talk about Hoover and living a good life in Miami LOL you are a donkey.
ОтветитьCons transportation is a first world country’s problem.
Some third world countries would love to have that same problem.
In my country they put 30 people in a small bus that supposed to take 16 people.
Thanks for bringing light into my search 🥰 Looking forward to move soon 🙏🏽🕊️🤍
ОтветитьYou must be rich
Ответить😊. I love Miami Florida. Its a nice place and city 🏙 and lots of Pretty 😍 Latinas. I love the weather. I’m used to hot 🥵 temperatures because I live at the desert 🏜 Las Vegas Nevada. And Philippines 🇵🇭 hot weather too. And Florida Miami is similar to Philippines 🇵🇭
ОтветитьAnd lots of Port for Cruise 🚢 ship 🚢 Miami the best
ОтветитьI will retire there someday
ОтветитьYou didn’t mention pythons and alligators in Florida!
ОтветитьFor me, the flat landscape is a pro not a con. I grew up in Charleston and lived most of my adult life in Charlotte. For the past 12 years, I've been in L.A. and have still not gotten used to its high altitude and the awful aesthetic of what they call "hills" but are clearly mountains. They make me feel surrouned and trapped. I'm a wide open spaces kinda girl. You know, a southerner! LOL! PLUS I'm afraid of hights. Thanks for this awesome detailed interview. So helplful!
ОтветитьI've lived here 17 years and you've made all excellent summaries, but bro traffic here is NEVER easygoing. Like EVER.
ОтветитьHow long u been in Miami!!!! LOL!!! People are NOT nice in Miami . I live there 6 years . Everything else I agree with . Miami can be a very lonely place as making friends , and am an extremely kind and friendly person . And most people are NOT trust worthy on top of it , I learned its because most people go for 6 months or less . Witch its also one of the reasons u must pay 3 months in advance for rents etc.. BTW the food its fantastic and its a beautiful place with many scenery's... most everywhere you go . The beaches ROCK! also a great place and easy to fine sexual pleasures . Love it there thinking of moving back but this time knowing what to expect . :)
ОтветитьHow about mosquitoes??? My daughter can’t be in a mosquito-infested city… is there a lot in Miami?
ОтветитьHow is ubering in Miami?
ОтветитьMiami is not nice place as far as people are concerned, People are not nice, Rude very rude in stores, People dont know how to make a line and wait their turns. They dont have manners, they cross your path rudely, no etiquette, all show no substance. People are more worried about how they look, what you drive, what you wear, instead of how they treat people, Traffic is insane, Offensive rude drivers. As I said, Its nice "visually" at a long glance but its all show. High crime. High cost of living, low wages, high cost of insurance, everybody is trying to grift and hustle. Strong employment market for cheap labor yes. Yea door dash delivery as a job, Yea they always talk about the people moving to FL but they never talk about the people that have left or have stayed because now they cant leave they are stuck.
ОтветитьYou were about to say college football then cut it out, why?
ОтветитьI have traveled and lived abroad and returning home at the end of the day. No place like Miami.
ОтветитьFriendly people?????????
ОтветитьKeyword friends I want to live there I hate living in Columbus ohio the people are mean as hell. No friends and boring asff nothing to do here but work
ОтветитьThe closest city we can get to Vice city is Miami so hell yeah!
ОтветитьThank you for your time and your amazing content, it's so helpful!
ОтветитьHow is the accessibility over there? I use a wheelchair & I’m considering moving over there
ОтветитьVery helpful brother, thank you.
ОтветитьBest city in the U.S
ОтветитьI really like your video and I think you have a great attitude which is key to achieve success anywhere you may live. Hot weather, hot women, and yes hot food! I love visiting Miami and would love to retire there someday. Stay safe amigo!
ОтветитьI love Miami sm ❤️
ОтветитьIm in Orlando as a Licensed Massage Therapist & Trainer. Im considering moving closer to Miami. I love the workout section on muscle beach and everything else. Thoughts on job market down there for me?
ОтветитьI am moving there
ОтветитьDebating to move from Chicago to Miami
ОтветитьNo state tax, but property tax is higher than most of the nation. And home owners insurance premiums are higher because of hurricanes and Florida’s has any flood zones, so the cost balances out overall.
Ответитьme and my husband kenny are coming to living in Miami Florida
ОтветитьThis was a perfect breakdown. Sold me 😂 living nice is gonna be harddd without a nice paying job 😭
Ответитьthe only advice you need is travel there before you decide to move see if you vibe with the place hell maybe rent for 6 months or something just to as us english like to say put the feelers out there
ОтветитьI love Miami. You never run out of things to do and see. Yes, it’s expensive to live there but it’s because the quality of life is also extremely high.
ОтветитьI'm from Miami. People there are beyond hostile! What rock are you living under??!!
ОтветитьI live in England. Miami weather is just not fair😂🥶
ОтветитьWhy do people keep calling this city a "huge melting pot"...it simply isn't, the largest part for the population is latin...they may come from different countries but that's not the same as what you see on the streets in NYC or Chicago.
ОтветитьVery nice
ОтветитьMiami
Fake Instagram life
Fake rich
Hot
Expensive
You think you can become a successful entrepreneur there ?
ОтветитьI don’t know what he’s talking about. Traffic is actually unbearable here, especially in rush-hour on the turnpike and the 836
Ответитьthe sinking high rise buildings would definitely be something to consider
ОтветитьThanks for your info. Very insightful. Am living in Sydney Australia, thinking to move to US and Miami, fingers crossed🤞. Can you also mention some good suburbs for family? Especially with a good high school for my daughter. Cheers
