Bishui Golden-Eyed Beast — How to Change the Boss from Fire to Ice (Black Myth Wukong)

I beat him in the third room when he changes back to fire.

Ice stage is worst you cant get close

I will do this boss that way on new game plus.

I played sekiro, ds3 and elden ring and never seen garbage like this boss. Doesnt matter in which area he is ledgit unkillable

I found it not to bad if you get him to half health with all your tools then go into the second area and wait for your cooldowns before fighting the second time

I thought there was another hidden boss after I went to pick up the awaken wine worm. I was so prep to kick ass again, but like nothing happened.
But for real though, I didn't think you would have the option to just move to another room during a boss fight! I'm so use to the standard boss fights from many games, I assume you gotta git gud to just move on and nothing else.

so 2nd area is for easy option and the 3rd is for the hard core lemme try it on my NG5 HAHAHHA

Maybe I’m trippin but I found the ice part more complicated than fire. I was able to beat him in the fire arena

Died to this boss a couple of times hes absolutely insane in fire mode only got close to beating him once and when i switched him to ice i did it in the first try thank you for the guidance

I had no idea, I beat him in the first room and didn't think twice about it and went on with the rest of the game. I'll be using this for ng+ for sure!

I wish I knew about this when I fought him. Level 200+ and he still gives me hell. Took me a few tries.

I beat this game 3 times and I didn't even know there's an Ice area until I saw it on reddit.

I just finished NG+4 and I didn't know bishui beast has a second form until I watched this video LOL

I beat him with no real trouble in my first playthrough then heard about how u can switch from fire to ice, so i had to test it out in my NG+ for plat, Honestly the fact that this was more of a optional mechanic is insane, it felt really cool heading through all 3 arenas and fighting him.

I was clueless but I bet everyone missed the secret item from that last area he has to do more in that area

Beast boy is easy just use fire mantle when the arena gets pretty lava filled, and poison his ass with the centipede set, cloudstep is easier to use than rock solid but both work well, use tge stasis thingy and windmill to build up focus (and poison;) and work on perfect dodges, also azure dust is the only transformation immune to fire so go with that one or golden lining as it’s pretty easy to parry with him quickly even though ur on fire….also tip: transforming will remove all status effects from you…and buffs….

the third room is him becoming fire again

He's super aggresive for me. I get him in this iceroom easily, but I can't even get close. He keeps jumping around and he's too far away to do anything. Then he hits you with that ice blast from across the room which I can't seem to dodge. The only way I can even get close is by using the immobilize. But then he's so far away I can only get like 1 or 2 hits in. It's super annoying.

But yeah, there's another lava room beyond this ice room. No further rooms.

there seems to be a camera bug. it's so hard to get into the entrance opening. the camera keep auto tilting which i don't have control of the camera. also i already off/disable all camera locking options

Thank you he is so much easier in second room i tried to kill him in 3rd room but no chance he keeps spaming that lava

Wish I realized that. I just came back and was looking for the boss for the lower area, but I guess there is not one. I got lucky and beat him in fire mode

How bout in the first arena stay on the lowest part of the stairs with a ring of fire and some tiger subduing pallets, thrust stance the beast into oblivion as a strategy?😊

The fight is not easier, the beast has just ice attack instead of fire. Ridicoulously hard.
